The programme https://wildfire.vercel.app is interactive and visualizes potential forest fires in the area of Gromsthul, where Google has planned to build a new datasenter.
The publication describes the term S
elf Organized Criticality (SOC), and how a forest fire can visualize this concept. SOC describes how certain systems and structures are exposed for collapses, when the system grows into a certain size.
