Grass braiding – Grasp Festival, Roskilde 2024 

GRASP is Roskilde Festival Group’s platform for knowledge and networking, offering new perspectives on sustainable change.The workshop was held in collaboration with Museet for Samtidskunst in correlation with the exhibition “I mørket beder vi solen huske os”
Participants were invited to work, braid and weave with straw and grass, following traditional Nordic techniques and customs, to preserve the spirits of the field over the winter.
The publication “Vinterresidens for agersjæle” was used as a guide during the workshop.
